These terms govern use of the AIOS dashboard at aios.haruis-ai-solutions.com, operated by H.HARUIS AI Solutions. By signing in you accept them.
This is a private business tool, not a public service. Accounts are issued by H.HARUIS AI Solutions to its own staff and to clients under an agreement with us. There is no public sign-up. If you have not been given an account by us, you are not authorised to use the dashboard.
Keep your password to yourself and do not share your login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused, or where we are required to.
You may connect third party accounts, such as Google or Notion, on the Connections page. You choose which permissions to grant, and you can disconnect at any time. You confirm that you are entitled to connect the account you connect, and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with that provider or with anyone else. How we handle data from a connected account is described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the dashboard to break the law, to send unlawful or deceptive email, to attack or probe the service, or to try to reach data belonging to another account. Automated email sent through the dashboard remains subject to the marketing and anti-spam rules that apply to you, and complying with them is your responsibility.
The dashboard is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime. We may change, interrupt or withdraw features, including the removal of a third party integration if a provider changes its terms. We take reasonable care with backups but you should not treat the dashboard as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, H.HARUIS AI Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the dashboard. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
